Accommodations in the River Hawk Village residence hall will be provided free of charge to student participants. Check-in will be on Sunday, June 23, 2019 and check-out will be on Saturday, June 29, 2019. Please keep in mind that the residences are shared suites with up to four student participants in total. Depending on interest in the RiverHawk Village accommodations, we will certainly try our best to spread out as many participants as possible to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay.

For non-student participants, accommodations may be available upon request. Please contact us prior to Monday, June 3, 2019 if you are interested as a non-student participant. Please email ciss@deephack.me for any questions or instructions to reserve your accommodations.

If you prefer to secure your own accommodations, we currently have a room block with the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Andover.

Rates are 133 USD – 153 USD per night.

The SpringHill Suites is located at 550 Minuteman Road, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 (approximately 10 miles from UMass Lowell). Please note you will have to make personal arrangements for travel to conference activities at the UMass Lowell campus.
